Product ownership across live mobile titles and an early PC prototype — from AI-powered interactive fiction to MMORPG LiveOps to a co-op narrative experiment.
Own end-to-end delivery for this AI-powered interactive fiction app. Set up Jira and backlog operations from A to Z, and built an 8-stage content production pipeline — design, writing, implementation, art, QA, and build — tracked across 54 characters and 770+ live episodes. Reworked the subscription model and shipped features targeting retention and ARPU, backed by A/B testing and KPI reporting.
I led the product roadmap and execution for a B2C mobile app focused on user retention and engagement. I managed feature releases and operated live events through agile sprints, aligning design, development, and marketing teams. Using behavioral analytics and cohort data, I improved onboarding flows, optimized monetization strategies, and fine-tuned in-app economy balance. I also oversaw LiveOps planning and performance monitoring to drive continuous user interaction and revenue growth.
Led product development and cross-functional execution for a PC co-op horror escape room game. Oversaw sprint planning, milestone tracking, and stakeholder alignment; collaborated with design and narrative teams on level structure, game economy, and scripted interactions. This multiplayer narrative experience was built with a story-first approach, integrated with a parallel short film for cross-media storytelling — I contributed to product direction, player flow, and progression design, and coordinated deliverables across game and film teams.
Owned LiveOps for Coin Chef full-time — designed and ran live event packages on a recurring basis, driving engagement and monetization through the game's social slot mechanics, sabotage, and raid loops.
